PowerKicks Taekwondo Academy
offers professional services, products, and programs at Hanover Park, IL. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By engaging with our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment & Membership
Payment for services, memberships, or products is due as outlined in your agreement. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your services with at least 30 days' written notice. Refunds, if applicable, follow the terms specified in your service agreement. Missed appointments or unused services are non-refundable unless covered under a special promotion or agreement.
6. Code of Conduct
All clients agree to:
Follow policies and directions from staff
Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behavior
Treat all clients, team members, and representatives with respect
Violations may result in service suspension or permanent termination.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in our services, you acknowledge the risks associated with fitness, wellness, or professional services and agree to release PowerKicks Taekwondo Academy and its staff from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except where prohibited by law. Some states may limit or alter enforceability of liability waivers.
8. A2P SMS Consent & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS messaging, you consent to receive
transactional and promotional texts
